Music Makers for Grades 1–3
With experienced music educator Nayo Ulloa

Give your child the distinct advantages of music experience and learning at this stage of his/her life! Music Learning Supports All Learning ™
Music Makers Sounds & Beats of the Americas with Nayo Ulloa will offer musical experience and instruction in English, with a Hispanic/Latin American flavor. Components of the class will include:
- Singing from a wide range of North and Latin American repertoire as well as other cultures of the world
- Dancing and body percussion to develop rhythm skills and ease of movement with the beat of music
- Exploring good vocal techniques and development of pitch and rhythm skills needed for singing in an ensemble
- Playing drums and percussion instruments with correct technique and matching style of the music
Music Makers will meet on Tuesdays from 5-6 pm, for 10 weeks: January 24, 31; February 7, 14, 21; March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 10.
Cost: $50 per student with need-based scholarships available.

Nayo Ulloa has 20+ years experience teaching music, including lessons in voice, guitar, Andean flutes, and children’s classes. A native of Peru, Nayo lived in California for 30 years and has recently relocated to Goshen with his family.
