GC Symphony Orchestra Spring Concert
Sun, Apr 14th @ 7:30 pm — Sauder Concert Hall
Music Dept/Music Center Concerts
Where: Sauder Concert Hall
Price: $8 adults, $6 seniors/students. GC students/employees free.
The Goshen College Symphony Orchestra will present its Spring Concert in Sauder Concert Hall. The GCSO is conducted by Brian Mast.
Goshen College Choirs: EARTHTONES – Songs from Many Cultures
Sat, Apr 20th @ 7:30 pm — Sauder Concert Hall
Music Dept/Music Center Concerts
Where: Sauder Concert Hall
Price: $8 adults, $6 seniors/students. GC students/employees free.
The Goshen College Choirs will present their annual EARTHTONES concert of world choral music in Sauder Concert Hall. The choirs — Chamber Choir, Vox Profundi, and Voices of the Earth — will present a varied program featuring choral works from a wide variety of countries and sung in foreign languages. Graduating senior choir members will also be recognized in this concert. The choirs are directed by Scott Hochstetler and H. Roz Woll.
About The CSA Family Pass
Community School of the Arts students and their immediate family members may attend many events at the Music Center for free that others pay admission to attend. Concerts and recitals that are eligible for the CSA Family Pass discount include:
- Goshen College music ensemble and Music Department faculty concerts
- Community School of the Arts sponsored events (CSA Showcase Concerts included)
- Organ recitals
Notable exceptions to the CSA Family Pass list include:
- Performing Arts Series concerts
- A Festival of Carols
- Non-Music Department or Music Center-sponsored Goshen College events
- Events held in the Music Center by outside organizations
Events that qualify for CSA Family Pass discounts will be indicated (using “purple pass”) at left in the event descriptions. If you have registered for CSA lessons or classes you are strongly encouraged to reserve or pick up your CSA Family Pass tickets ahead of the event to ensure the availability of seats. Closings/Delays
Shout for Joy choir will have a make-up rehearsal on Tues. January 23 from 7:00 – 8:15 p.m. in the Goshen College Music Center.
