The CSA is transitioning to Virtual Private Lessons and Music Together Online!

All other In-Person CSA and Music Together Activities are canceled for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester

The Goshen College Community School of the Arts (including Music Together) is closely monitoring the rapidly changing environment due to the spread of COVID-19. At this point, based on the recommendations of the CDC, state and local health authorities, and Goshen College, we are transitioning to virtual Private Lessons (available now) and virtual Music Together classes (more information later this week). We are, unfortunately, canceling all in-person CSA and Music Together programs through the end of the Spring 2020 semester.

NEW Virtual Activities include:

  • CSA Private Lessons
    • Contact your private instructor
    • If this is not an option for technical reasons, please contact CSA Director Mary Rose Norell at mnorell@goshen.edu
  • All Music Together classes (Family Classes, Babies, Rhythm Kids)
    • More information coming soon!
    • All families who are currently registered for the Spring 2020 term will receive a credit on their account for tuition paid (which may be used for online classes, or Summer or Fall In-Person classes)
    • If you are require a refund instead of a credit, please contact Mary Rose Norell at mnorell@goshen.edu
    • If you are willing to offer the credit instead as a donation to the CSA, we would gratefully accept it and are able to offer a tax credit for this donation. Arts organizations are greatly affected by this nation-wide shutdown, and we would deeply appreciate your donation at this time. (Please contact Mary Rose Norell at mnorell@goshen.edu.)

Other Programs:

  • CSA Ensembles (Choir, Youth Honors Orchestra, and Percussion Ensemble)
    • Because we are not able to offer a consistent virtual ensemble experience, we will instead offer families a credit for a half-semester of tuition paid for Spring 2020

    • If you are willing to offer the credit instead as a donation to the CSA, we would gratefully accept it and are able to offer a tax credit for this donation.
