The CSA proudly held the third annual CSA Capstone Concert to celebrate the juniors and seniors at the CSA on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. 11 students offered 12 outstanding performances, with one performer playing both piano and clarinet. The playing that night was inspired, with thrilling repertoire and meaningful musicality, and it was a joy to recognize the performers on stage with introductions and a few mementos. The three juniors received Goshen College swag, while the eight seniors were gifted a fine journal and pen. Additionally, all seniors who have studied privately at the CSA for more than 10 years earned a $10,000 scholarship to study music at Goshen College! Amazingly, in the group of eight seniors, seven had taken lessons for more than 10 years at the CSA, with most of them participating in other CSA ensembles or camps, and two of them starting all the way back in Music Together! We will miss our seniors next year, and wish them well as they graduate and embark on a new adventure! We look forward to watching our juniors grow musically over the next year, and inviting them back next year on February 3, 2027, along with this year’s sophomores! For the younger students in the CSA–keep this special concert in mind as you continue in lessons. The CSA faculty is honored to be connected with each of our student families, so proud of each student, and thankful to be part of each one’s musical journey.
