The annual regional competition for the statewide Hoosier Auditions competition of the Indiana Music Teacher’s Association will be held at Goshen College on Saturday March 28, 2026. The deadline to enter is Saturday March 14. Dr Luke Norell is the district chair, and is happy to announce that piano and strings will both be featured categories in this year’s district event at GC. The competition includes seven precollege age divisions and one collegiate level; each precollege age division requires two pieces of contrasting styles. For piano, all pieces must be memorized; for strings, memorization is optional.
