Korean-born violinist Eunbee Lee will present a guest artist recital in Rieth Recital Hall. This free recital is presented as part of the 2025 Goshen College Piano and Strings Camp, June 15-20, 2025.
Violinist Eunbee Lee, originally from South Korea, brings extensive experience and a strong artistic vision to her work as both an educator and performer. Her passion for pedagogy and performance informs a thoughtful, expressive approach to music-making.
She is a distinguished violinist recognized for her achievements in several prestigious competitions, including the Music Education Newspaper Competition and the Korea Scholarship Competition. She made her solo debut with the Korean National Police Orchestra and has since performed widely across South Korea and the United States, actively engaging in both solo and chamber music. She has also served as a section violinist with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Ohio Valley Symphony and Montgomery Symphony Orchestra.
She earned both her Master of Music and Performance Diploma in Violin from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, under the tutelage of Professor Kevork Mardirossian and as a recipient of the Jacobs Fellowship. She holds a Bachelor of Instrumental Music in Violin from Yonsei University in Seoul, where she honorably received the Merit Scholars Award.
Mrs. Lee currently serves as an Adjunct Violin Faculty at Bethel University, coaches at the Fischoff Chamber Music Academy, and is a member of the Elkhart County Symphony.
