Camerata Singers, a professional choir based in Elkhart County, will celebrate the music of Goshen’s own nationally renowned composer, Lee Dengler. Lee has spent his illustrious career as a composer, engraver, voice teacher, singer and choral director, and has over 220 works published by most of the nation’s major music publishers. Along with compositions for voice, piano, and choir, the evening includes a world premiere of Enough, a powerful new choral work with text by Susan Naus Dengler on the theme of gun violence. Choirs from Goshen, Elkhart, and Bethany Christian high schools will join Camerata Singers on Lee’s most popular choral work, Things That Never Die.
